Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Paw’s NestWood website, and any purchase you make through it (collectively, the “Service”). By placing an order or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Who we are

Paw’s NestWood (“Paw’s NestWood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online store selling cat beds, scratch-and-lounge pieces, and pet sofas, shipped to addresses within the United States. You can reach us at hello@pawsnestwood.com.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are listed in US dollars and don’t include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, descriptions and imagery, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before fulfilling the order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or abuse of our systems.

4. Orders & payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that in compliance with PCI-DSS. By placing an order you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including shipping and any tax collected at checkout.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We’ll send an order confirmation by email; receiving one doesn’t guarantee stock availability, and in rare cases we may need to cancel and refund an order that can’t be fulfilled.

5. Shipping

Paw’s NestWood ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. Shipping cost is shown at checkout and detailed on our shipping & returns page. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

6. Returns & refunds

Our return policy — including the 30-day return window, condition requirements and refund process — is set out in full on our shipping & returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via bots, scraping, or automated ordering;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or abusive payment or order information; or
• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including product photography, text, graphics, logos and the Paw’s NestWood name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use it without our prior written consent, other than to browse and purchase products for personal use.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except any warranty expressly stated on a product page or required by law in your jurisdiction (which cannot be excluded).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paw’s NestWood will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or a product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paw’s NestWood is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
